What is Armoire?

Armoire is a custom seasonal clothing and accessories storage service. We provide pickup/delivery, dry cleaning options, and a marketplace for consignment.

How much does it cost to use Armoire services?

Petite- starting @ $35/month
The Petite package includes storage of up to 15 winter items or 20 summer items. A la carte dry cleaning is available.

 

Classique- starting @ $45/month

The Classique package includes storage of up to 30 winter items or 40 summer items. A la carte dry cleaning is available.

 

De Luxe- starting @ $65/month

The De Luxe package includes storage & dry cleaning of up to 50 items.

How are my clothes and other items handled?

Armoire treats all our clients clothes and other items with respect and care. Armoire’s team of 2 valets arrives at your home for the collection of your clothes and provides full concierge white glove service.

What are your hours of operation?

The Armoire facility is open by appointment only from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday-Friday and 10:00-2:00 Saturday. We are happy to discuss any service requirements outside of these hours.

 

For collections and deliveries, hours of operation are:

  • Standard next-day service hours are 10:00am to 7:00pm Mon to Fri; 10:00am to 2:00pm Sat.
  • One day’s notice is required for standard next-day service.
  • Daily appointment cut off is 4:00 pm Mon to Fri and 11:00 am Sat.
  • There is no service on public holidays and Sundays unless otherwise arranged.

Do you dedicate a space to each member?

Yes, each client has their own individual cedar lined and climate controlled closet space.

How do I make a collection or delivery appointment?

Call (312) 672-1270 or log into your account and create an appointment in 4 simple steps: select the delivery address, select items to be delivered, choose additional services as appropriate, choose preferred delivery date and time. Once our Customer Service team receives your request, you will receive an automated acknowledgement and Customer Services will be in touch by email or telephone to confirm.

What is Armoire’s geographical coverage?

Currently we service the Chicagoland area

Are the Items I store with Armoire insured?

Yes, Armoire maintains in-transit and storage insurance against fire, theft and water damage subject to our detail terms and conditions. We can also facilitate itemized all-risks insurance inquiries should this be required.
